By accessing or using Clipa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Clipa is an AI-powered video editing tool that automates short-form video creation, including caption generation, face tracking, and clip extraction. Features may change over time as we continue to develop the product.
You must create an account to use Clipa. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of all videos and content you upload to Clipa. By uploading content, you grant Clipa a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
You agree not to use Clipa to upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
